Exciting times lay ahead. The Internet creates a tectonic shift in the industry of video storytelling.

As a community of video creators, we need to question what we have learned before.  The Internet democratises the entire fabric of the environment.  Simply, there is no hierarchy of content creators and talent to be served any more.

This blog asks questions about what’s next?  How do talented creators and artists create a viable long term career for themselves?  How do content creators and producers deliver their stories to viewers?  How should the new environment be structured?  What are the technology, products, businesses and standards that can be created to enable the new environment?

I hope people will be inspired to respond, to answer questions and ask new ones.  To start a conversation about how we can all make sure value is captured and created for the benefit of all, and not just the few.
